Ladder Flow – 35min

 

Defining your purpose is built one small step at a time. This “ladder flow” style class will help you practice building one mini action step onto the next, until you arrive at your destination. We practice physically what we want to practice in life. This class will build up to the peak posture of bird of paradise.
