Caitlyn Casson is a New York City based Yoga Teacher, Professional Dancer and Certified Practitioner of Applied Positive Psychology. Caitlyn’s desire for internationally diverse, artistic endeavors has taken her around the world to perform and teach. Since 2013, she has been working as an International Dance Trainer and Teacher Training Specialist with MindLeaps to East and West Africa and Eastern Europe. Caitlyn has been teaching yoga for 13 years and has 500+ hours of training in a variety of styles such as vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, rocket yoga, kids yoga and mobility conditioning. Her classes are engaging and playful and you always leave feeling a little better than you started.
Now, with more than a decade of experience in the field, Caitlyn is blending her unique life stories in dance, yoga and positive psychology together to design whole-person centered, well-being workshop experiences. Expand Positive Movement is an integrative well-being method that blends the holistic practices of movement, breathing and meditation with evidence based, positive psychology interventions. With a focus on sharing simple and applicable real life tools for well-being, Expand Positive Movement is designed to help you live a more purposeful and flourishing life.
