Caitlyn Casson is a New York City–based Yoga Teacher, Professional Dancer, and Certified Practitioner of Applied Positive Psychology. For over a decade, she has taught movement and mindfulness practices to diverse communities across the U.S., Africa, and Europe, blending creativity with evidence-based well-being tools.
Caitlyn has completed 500+ hours of advanced yoga and movement training and has worked internationally as a Trainer and Specialist with MindLeaps, a nonprofit that uses dance to build resilience and life skills. Her workshops are known for being engaging, accessible, and energizing—designed to leave participants feeling more focused, connected, and empowered.
Through her signature method, Expand Positive Movement, Caitlyn integrates yoga, functional strength, breathwork, meditation, and positive psychology into practical, whole-person well-being experiences. Each session offers simple, applicable tools that help individuals and teams reduce stress, build resilience, and thrive in their work and daily lives.
