Self Compassion Part 1: Self Kindness

According to Dr. Kristin Neff, leading researcher and author, there are three main components of self compassion.

The first component is Self Kindness. Self Kindness is learning to be kind and loving toward yourself, even when you fail or feel inadequate.

This restorative yoga class will encourage you to relax, replete your energy reserves and start feeling like your best self.
