Self Compassion Part 3: Mindfulness

According to Dr. Kristin Neff, leading researcher and author, there are three main components of self compassion.

The third component of self-compassion is Mindfulness. Mindfulness is focused awareness of the present moment. Practice observing your thoughts and actions without judging yourself or anyone. Just observe.

This vinyasa yoga practice will help you create present moment awareness through the concentrated practice of linking breath and movement.
