Watch Me Bloom - 40min

 

Spring is the season of blooming! Flowers, trees, dreams, all that projects that you have been quietly building and cultivating all winter long, finally get to come to life in the spring.

This vinyasa yoga practice will take us on the physical journey of blooming. We will begin with low, grounded movements, planting the energy to blossom into larger, full-bodied postures by the end of the practice.
