Research indicates that having a sense of purpose is linked to various positive outcomes such as increased lifespan, optimism, goal commitment, and financial gains in an organizational setting.

This class is a practice in purposeful movement by exploring diverse ways of incorporating yoga blocks into the class. By simulating deliberate purpose in a yoga class (use of blocks), we can gain insights into uncovering our deeper purpose in life.

Note: You will need two yoga blocks for this practice.
