Yin Yang Flow - 20min

 

Life is full of ups and downs. Some days ask you to power up and move through hard stuff; other days invite you to exhale and enjoy an easy moment. Resilience is learning to do both. In this Yin Yang EMOM class, we’ll alternate strong yang intervals with spacious yin stretches, practicing effort when it’s needed and ease when it’s available.
