A low-impact cardio class that builds resilience without burnout. As we move, we’ll practice real-time resilience by noticing unhelpful thoughts that pop up and reminding ourselves, in the moment, that a thought isn’t automatically true. You’ll build stamina in your body and steadiness in your mind.
