When life gives you lemons… we make lemonade. In this functional strength training class, I’m using my least favorite props (the lemons 😅) to give you a seriously good workout (the lemonade!). Expect a fun, playful sweat that builds real-life resilience, because sometimes you don’t get to pick the ingredients, but you do get to choose what you make with them.
