Give and Receive - 45min
Showing compassion for yourself or others requires different responses depending on the situation and the people involved. Sometimes, we need yin compassion, which encourages a comforting, soothing and validating response. Other times, we need yang compassion, which involves fierce inner strength that protects and motivates. Today, we will practice a little yin and a little yang in this flow and restore class.
