Flip Your Perspective - 50min

 

Most of your life is spent standing, sitting and lying down. Practice polarity and bring a bit of balance to your day by flipping your perspective upside down, literally! 

Please note: This is an intermediate/advanced yoga class that will focus on inversions. There will be many options and modifications provided throughout the class, but it is recommended you have some experience with yoga for this class.
