Starting off a new year can be intimidating. Everywhere you turn, goals and resolutions are being made. Goals are great, but only when you actually follow through with them. Striving to be “perfect” can quickly interfere with our ability to see our goals through to completion. So, let’s say a big F U to perfectionism and instead, enjoy messy, sweaty and FUN movement.
