Hi, I’m Caitlyn Casson.
I’m a yoga teacher, professional dancer, certified Functional Strength Coach, and Positive Psychology Facilitator.

For over a decade, I’ve been teaching movement around the world—from NYC to Rwanda. I created Expand On Demand for women like you—women who are smart, capable, and doing a lot, but still want to feel good in their bodies.
