We Flex Hard is a 2 hour workshop designed to expand the capacity of our bodies and minds. We begin with a powerful vinyasa flow focused on generating internal heat. With warm bodies and open minds, we move into flexibility training. This portion of the workshop uses partners and props to deeply stretch the body through unconventional means not accessible in a regular practice. We close with a series of restorative postures to reset the body, mind and spirit. This workshop will help you build your fire and push your personal edge.
